Community is everything to us and we can assure your child will feel at home here at Elite Elevation. With the perfect balance of fun, freedom, discipline and guidance each of our extensively trained and experienced teachers and mentors will ensure your child gets the most out of every class and experiences we have to offer. Our staff understand the importance of motivation within our students and will continuously give each of our students the opportunities, experiences and incentives to ensure they are forever setting and reaching their goals.

Madison Holyoake

Madison, a dancer for over 19 years has dedicated her life to pursuing her passion and perfecting her craft. Miss Madison has extensive training in all dance styles, including international ballet training with the Joffrey Ballet school New York and is excited to pass these skills onto all her students. 

Not only is Miss Madison highly experienced in the art form, she is also a qualified childcare educator with an array of child protection and child wellbeing training. Parents can be assured that all students of Elite Elevation will gain a higher level of training in a safe and nurturing environment.

DEAN WEBSTER

Creative Director & Teacher

Dean Webster is a dancer of 13 years, recently having graduated from Brent Street. There, he studied dance full-time for two years while completing his HSC and Cert IV in dance, to then also obtain a Diploma in Dance the year following. Throughout his training and after, Dean has worked for some big Australian names such as Guy Sebastian, Courtney Act, Vanessa Amorosi and John Paul Young under some of Australia’s most sought after choreographers such as Alex Miedzinski, Marko Panzic and Cameron Mitchell. He has also appeared on television as a dancer, featuring in the SBS Mardi Gras coverage, promotional advertisement for The Voice and Carols in the Domain. Most recently, Dean toured Australia with The Dream Dance Company, performing ‘ICON’, choreographed by Paris Cav.

Dean is a passionate teacher and has been sharing his knowledge and craft in studios all over Sydney for 4 years and he is so excited to bring what he has learnt to Elite Elevation. Dean will be teaching lyrical/contemporary, focusing on intention, connection, movement quality and so much more and he cannot wait to meet everyone and get started!

SKYE FREDMAN

RAD Ballet Teacher

Miss Skye began her classical ballet training at the age of three in Manly, Sydney, and continued her education at Tanya Pearson Classical Coaching Academy (TPCCA) from the age of eleven. At TPCCA, Miss Skye completed the RAD examination process up to Advanced 1 by the age of sixteen. Following this, Miss Skye pursued full-time pre-professional ballet training with two different schools. She was subsequently awarded a one-year coaching scholarship with Julie Wells, a former Australian Ballet dancer and Royal Academy of Dance tutor with experience in international companies. Miss Skye is a Registered Teacher with the RAD, having graduated from their Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies in 2021. Additionally, Miss Skye has been PBT qualified since early 2024. Miss Skye is passionate about guiding students—whether part-time or full-time—who aspire to advance in ballet. She strives to create a nurturing environment for students of all ages and skill levels, encouraging them to develop their skills, push beyond their comfort zones, and achieve their personal best. Miss Skye's teaching philosophy emphasises the integration of technique and artistic quality to shape the dancers of tomorrow. Miss Skye is dedicated to providing a solid foundation for students, helping them build successful careers in dance.

MAX OSTLER

Teacher

Max Ostler began his dance training at a very young age, furthering his development under the guidance of Michael Corbett at Dance Avenue. He graduated from Brent Street Academy in 2021 and the Performing Arts fulltime course at Brent Street with a diploma in dance at the end of 2022.

Max made his professional debut in Bonnie Lithgow's pantomime adaptation of "Sleeping Beauty" at the State Theatre in Sydney. Since then he has worked professionally for renowned Australian choreographers including Cameron Mitchell, Kelley Abbey, Alex Miedzinski, and Matthew Gode, performing at events such as Australian Fashion Week, Opera Australia, Dancing With the Stars, Spains Got Talent, Light The Way Dance Convention, and the Australian Dance Festival.

Max's talent has also been recognised on a global scale, granting him the opportunity to showcase his abilities on numerous International stages. First in Singapore with The Dream Dance Company under the direction of Marko Panzic. Max too made his debut on International Television, performing on "America's Got Talent" where he was described as the 'Harry Styles of Dance' by Simon Cowell. Max can also been recongised by his appearance in the 'Amazon Prime' hit tv series 'Dance Life' Max is super excited to continue his journey on an international level and to make Australia proud!

KAITLIN McDERMOTT

Teacher

Kaitlin began her dance journey at a young age, later earning her Cert IV in Dance at Etts Pro, along with qualifications in Pilates. She has since been a featured dancer in FAME: The Musical, performed in the inaugural Dream Creative under the direction of Marko Panzic, and worked on high-profile corporate events and television programs, including The Voice, Dancing with the Stars, and Studio 10.

A highly respected choreographer and educator, Kaitlin brings years of experience training dancers of all ages and skill levels. She specializes in technique and strengthening, as well as lyrical and jazz styles, consistently delivering outstanding results at top dance schools across Sydney. Additionally, she has extensive experience choreographing both solo and group routines for high-level dance competitions, helping dancers achieve success on the competitive stage.

TERAH HOPE

Teacher

Terah’s training began in Central North Queensland under the guidance of Karen Bishop at Dance Express Mackay. She grew up training in a variety of styles including Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Musical Theatre and Hip Hop. 

 

In 2021, she made the move to Sydney to study Elite Performing Arts at Brent Street. Graduating with her Diploma, Terah has since trained weekly with Composed, the Studio’s ‘Sunday Program’ where she developed a great love for creating. 

 

She has worked for companies such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Lululemon under Leanne Cherny and will appear as a Performer in ‘The Deb’, an Australian Musical Movie directed by Rebel Wilson. Terah has also created works for multiple Dream Dance Company events under Marko Panzic as well as for the ‘Sunday Program’ showcases under Jervis Livelo. 

HOLLY TAYLOR

Teacher

Holly Taylor is a highly skilled professional performer and choreographer from Sydney, Australia. She holds a Diploma in Performing Arts from TNSPA.PROFESSIONAL (2018) and a Certificate in Performing Arts from Brent Street Studios (2016). In addition to her performance training, she is a certified Personal Trainer with a Certificate IV in Fitness and Nutrition Coaching and a qualified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor.

Holly’s career has seen her perform in a range of high-profile productions, including The Deb, Rebel Wilson’s Australian musical film, choreographed by Rob Ashford and MJ Slinger. She has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Luciana Caporaso, Rodger Corser, The Veronicas, Brad Cox, and Nick Broadhurst. She has also worked with major brands and productions, including Pepsi, W Hotels, Australia’s Got Talent, SONY Music and Foundation, Cotton On, Qantas, Virgin Australia, American Airlines, Amazon Prime’s Luxe Listings Sydney, and Black Diamondz Property Concierge.

As a choreographer, Holly has created work for numerous national and international dance studios. Her notable credits include Amazon Prime’s Luxe Listings Sydney Season 3 Premiere and Christie Lamb’s official music video To The Beat Of My Own Drum. She also choreographed Do You Think They Can Dance at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in 2018, as well as Art in Motion and SASS for the festival’s 2019 season. With a keen eye for detail, versatile training, and a passion for creativity, Holly continues to make her mark as both a performer and choreographer in the entertainment industry.
