COMPANY TEAMS
At Elite Elevation, our Company Teams are an audition-only program designed for dedicated dancers aged 4–18 who are ready to take their training to the next level.
These teams form the heart of our studio, bringing together like-minded dancers who are passionate, driven and committed to growth.
Our Company program offers a well-rounded, high-level training experience that focuses on developing strong technical foundations, performance quality and versatility across all styles.
More than just training, it provides dancers with the opportunity to challenge themselves, build resilience and work towards shared goals in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Being part of a Company Team is about more than just dance. It fosters a strong sense of belonging, connection and teamwork, where lifelong friendships are formed and every dancer is encouraged to grow not only as a performer, but as an individual.
At Elite Elevation, our Company Teams represent excellence, commitment and community, shaping confident, capable dancers both in and out of the studio.
COMPANY AGE GROUPS
AGES 4-6
AGES 7-8
AGES 9-10
AGES 11-12
AGES 13-14
AGES 16+
ELIGIBILITY
-
Successfully complete the Company Team audition process
-
Train exclusively at Elite Elevation (no external studio commitments)

Be an enrolled Elite Elevation student

Commit to attending all required weekly classes, including:

Ballet
-
Jazz
-
Tap
-
Technique and/or Stretch & Strengthen

Lyrical (ages 7+)

Company class
-
* Hip Hop, Acrobatics & Musical Theatre are optional

Maintain consistent attendance across all required classes throughout the term/ year

Demonstrate a strong work ethic, focus and willingness to improve

Show respect for teachers, peers and the studio environment

Display positive teamwork, attitude and commitment to the group

Be willing to represent Elite Elevation with professionalism both in and out of the studio

Commit to all rehearsals, performances, competitions and studio events as required

Be open to feedback, corrections and continuous development

Maintain a standard of presentation, grooming and uniform in line with studio expectations

OUR STUDENTS COLLABORATED WITH A PROFESSIONAL FILM CREW TO BRING A HIP HOP FILM TO LIFE
WORKING WITH INDUSTRY LEADING CHOREOGRAPHER, SHANNON ATKINS TO CREATE A 2026 PIECE
SELECTED COMPANY STUDENTS WORKED WITH EVERLINE IMAGERY TO BUILD THEIR PORTFOLIOS AND CREATE BEAUTIFUL DANCE PHOTOGRAPHY.
STUDENTS COMPETED IN LOCAL AND INTERSTATE COMPETITIONS, WHERE THEY WERE RECOGNISED FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCES.
ELITE ELEVATION WALKED AWAY FROM THE SHOWCASE NATIONAL DANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS WITH 32 NATIONAL TITLES.
STUDENTS EXCELLED ACROSS ALL STYLES, INCLUDING BALLET, WHERE 92% ACHIEVED A DISTINCTION OR HIGH DISTINCTION IN THEIR EXAMINATIONS.
2026 EXTENSION PROGRAMS
Elite Elevation offers an extensive range of extension programs designed to support the growth and development of every dancer. From solo training to advanced ballet classes, our programs provide opportunities for personalised attention, skill refinement, and artistic progression. With so many pathways available, each dancer is consistently challenged, inspired, and supported to reach their full potential in a focused and nurturing environment.
